Reviews
Just wanted to say what exceptional customer service I had with the store manager Aiden. He was very professional and accommodating my needs which couldn’t be satisfied online. Would recommend not only the products but a visit to the store
I went there to buy gifts over the Christmas weekend, and the male staff working at the time was extremely rude. When I asked him a simple question about size, he answered randomly, acting like he wanted to get the conversation over with quickly. I liked the item so I ended up purchasing it, but I didn't receive a single thank you.
I had visited their store in soho and the now-closed one in Perry st for years and went to the store for the first time in a while but this was the first time I had such an unpleasant experience. It was a very disappointing.
I found this brand online, bought a few of their clothing and I liked them. I also live in NYC so when I saw they had a store I looked up the reviews ( which were bad about the staff). But I gave them the benefit of the doubt and decided to walk in. And Wow the staff are completely pretentious and full of themselves, it's obvious the management took note of the bad reviews and has prob told the staff, and even then it's hard for them to have genuine customer service like it really irritates them that they have to have customer service. They sized me up the entire time I was in the store and it also looks like they have their friends hanging out inside the store as well, they are too busy talking to one another about how cool they are. It's unbearable. If you like the brand just shop online it'll save you from Your day is ruined. If you want customers to spend 200 on 1 pair of clothing then do better..Too many stores and people like this in SOHO
I used to love Saturdays. Just stopped by this store and it was an awful experience. No one on the staff asked my wife or i if we needed help, even after looking through multiple items. The employees were sitting on the lazy boy chairs drinking coffee with their feet up. One employee was loudly bragging how he used chat gpt to make his resume, entered fake info, and has never used real people for his references. Classy. Honestly this exp turned me off the brand completely. No surf shop vibe that they try to curate with lazy/unhelpful staff. There are better brands trying much harder to win my business.
I just love a mixed use shop with the coffee bar! Gee, I wonder why, oh because I have one! 😂 Great little street to stop in and get your chai. …
Superb espresso and nice barista. Store seemed cool too.
Extremely disappointing encounter! If only it were possible to assign negative stars. I placed an order for a hat and bathing suit, but neither item ever made its way to me. The customer service I received was nothing short of abysmal, compounding the frustration. Despite patiently waiting for a month without any assistance from Saturdays NYC, I reluctantly had to involve Visa to contest the charge. Ultimately, they came through and credited the funds back to my account. Regrettably, I must caution against considering this store, particularly for online purchases.
Retail store + coffee shop = great combo and not too popular in NYC.
Pastries 40% off after 2pm!
Coffee is rebagged/made from La Colombe. Cool outdoor sitting area.
